What and where is Baseline v2 File?

I have just downloaded a window 7 from torrent and it says following thing.
Please explain in simple words that what i have to do exactly.

*Intructions*
1- Get this torrent
2- Get the x86 AIO Baseline v2 torrent if you don't already have
3- Run the patch exe file and point it at the x86 baseline v2 folder
4- Enjoy your monthly .ISO and keep your baseline ISO for next month


What and where to find this baseline file?
and how to get simple .iso from this so that i can burn it in CD and reboot my system with the same.

Please help me, i beg upon my knees.
