Dell recovery partition advice

i have a dell laptop with preinstalled windows 7. i want to install windows 8 also, i.e. dual boot.
the problem is, it already has 3 primary partitions, OEM, Windows7 & Recovery and 1 logical partition.
how can i install windows 8 now???? what does OEM consists of??? please help...
