Cant get any programs to run

I am unable to get any of my programs to start am on Win7 Home
premium 64bit
I have had a new motherboard installed (yet again) & since it was
all the issues I had such as slow loadin etc etc all seemed to still
be there...makin me convinced they are rippin me off by givin me
the Motherboard fried excuse to take yet another one that wasa
setup for 3 monitors & gimme a single one back again (sorry
digress but think I bein ripped off) anyways all still slow n so
annoyin then each avast scan said ole corrupted in skype & itumes
quick player etc so...I uninstalled em all & ran cc cleaner then ran
the reg cleaner on there as well & now...cant get nuthin to start
yet can still go on net & have reinstalled fresh copies of Skype
Itunes & QT so...yea where to start findin out what I done
wrong??? [Warning I am an old lady with crap eyesight & no
patience plus I have fibromyalgia & it makes me incredibly stupid
:( ...so plz bear with me...underneath I am really quite intelligent]


oh should also add Avast found win32 virus & sent to chest about a week or two prior
