Hi,
i have a notebook with win 7 x64 and 2 real hd. One is 30GB SSD and the other is 650GB normal HDD.
I have installed along with drivers the Intel Rapid Storage software. It create a RAID 0 with the 2 disk (SSD + HDD) named "accelerated disk". The SSD is used as cache. After the raid, Windows find only one logical disk that i have divided in 2 primary partitions where i have installed OS and in the other i put my data.
It's a good practise to defrag this logical partitions with normal defrag programs? I read that defrag a SSD is not good, but for normal HDD is very useful.
Someone can explain me the best optimization way?
Thanks.
