Explorer.exe creates multiple copies that eats up CPU and memory.

I've tried using 4 different Antivirus programs to find the virus but it does not help. I also tried disabling a number of start-up programs using MSConfig.exe to no avail. I can delete the extra explorer.exe files using "Windows Task Manager" and the CPU and memory usage goes back to normal but new files get created and the process starts all over again. The only thing that permanently works is deleting all the Window Explorer files but then my task bar is also deleted and I can't start any new programs. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
