I have a folder on an external drive called 'MP3s' which surprisingly holds my MP3 collection.
When I try to rename the folder I get a message saying that I cannot rename it as a folder or file within it is open in another program.
The message itself is not so puzzling but what is that there is no other program running - I have checked this with task manager and I have also tried completely closing down the machine and tried to rename it before anything else happens on the machine.
Can anyone please tell me what is going on here and how I can get rid of the message, as I said I tried going into task manager and it doesn't show anything running at all and just shows the folder and says that is running.
