I'm still having the "NTLDR is missing" problem in my PC with WinXP. I've tried all suggested solutions but no joy. Since WinXP will no longer be supported (Thanks MS!) I'm planning to do a clean install with Win7. I already found out that my PC is compatible with Win7 64 Bit. Before I embark on this endeavour, got a couple of questions.
Can I remove the existing hard drive (with WinXP OS) and replace it with a new drive and proceed with the clean install? Will the loading of Win7 proceed after I start my PC and inserting the disk. I've studied the MS instruction as well as that from AboutCom PC Support but any advice will be appreciated.
