I have a HP pavilion dv7-3008tx (VZ500PA, 32-bit), it's been running really slow lately for an unknown reason. It began running slowing after i installed trend micro but I have uninstalled this and the computer is still slow (i have since reinstalled), I've also done scans with: malwarebytes (uninstalled trend as to not conflict softwares; uninstalled malwarebytes and reinstalled trend after finding nothing), CCleaner, I have disable services in msconfig (after hiding all microsoft services) . also have done some scans after googling ( SFC /scannow and chkdsk C: /F) to no avail.
IT guy at work removed alot of things that may slow down computer and placed pretty much all files onto usb's as to free up disk space)
The laptop seems to run fine for 1-2 mins after start up but then runs slow. OVERALL PROBLEM: computer is slow. also when playing videos/music the video is in a 'slow mo' and experience a glitchy/robot-like noise.
