Volume Control

I created a shortcut for my volume control, and later deleted it. Now I realized that I somehow deleted the whole sndvol file together with it, because now when I go to volume control (adjust system volume) I get the message "Windows cannot find 'C:\Windows/system32\sndvol.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again". So I can't change my system volume now! Do I need to install a new volume mixer? If yes, how do I do this?
Thank you so much! :)
