I will have to do something about the above, not sure what. As far as I can see the only thing I will need to save is my Hotmail account, at least initially. Therefore, I believe I will need to reformat the hard drive and download a free version of Windows 7. I have an 8mb pen drive where I can save personal files. But not sure how to conserve the hotmail a/c, or how to reformat the hard disk.
Is there an idiots guide to doing all this? If there is such a thing, I would be very grateful. I don't know anything about drivers etc. Is windows 7 the best option?
