Is there a program to backup changes on a disk then write the changes to an external HDD? I don't want to write my entire D data drive to the external then update the changes to my external as they update on the D drive.
What I want to do is have a program determine the changes made, like when I save an excel file, I want to write that file to my D drive AND write to it my external HDD. This should help cut down on needing huge External drives for backup.
