Windows 7 installation with a flashdrive

I would like to add Windows 7 32-bit ont my system, but unfortunately my DVD-ROM doesnot work. My Windows 7 (to my knowledge, I bought it from Newegg) is completely legal, and I was wondering if I could install the OS through a USB.
