Solved: Help Installing win7 from USB

I have a new copy of Win7 on a flashdrive,I have an empty/clean HDD and need to install the OS..the file is zipped and without an OS how do I install it..their is an exe inside it and I have extracted the files it comes as 2 folders..1 says x64 the other says "Windows Activation" is their a way to have this autorun? I noticed inside the x64 folder their is an exe. The flashdrive is 16gb a little lost here any help or steps would be great..Thanks in advance.
