Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit multiple explorer.exe processes utilizing 100% CPU usage

Hi guys, new member here. Found the site via a Google search and am excited to see if you can help solve my problem.

Dell Inspiron laptop Dual Core T4200 @ 2 GHz with 4 GB RAM. Running Win 7 Ultimate 64 Bit.

This computer had a multiple viruses and spyware files on it. I cleaned most of it up with Malwarebytes, MS Sec Essentials, ComboFix and AVG Free 2014. I have also checked out the HJT log and it looks clean to me.

The problem I am having is that Explorer.exe is running multiple times and is consuming 100% CPU usage at all times. It wasn't like this before the virus removal. I did most removals in safe mode where the explorer process isn't replicating itself.

So I am not sure where to start. I am attaching some screenshots of the usage via Process Explorer and Task Manager. Based on a previous thread with this same issue (although Win XP) I saw to run GMER. It is currently running GMER and I will attach log file shortly.
