hope I got info to you- acer pc 4 yr old has never allowed me to system restore. I have many, many restore points available, but when using system restore, it goes thru the whole schmear, and then says syst rest has failed. I would make a novice user look like a pc Guru- so forgive me my ignorance. Thanks
