Windows 7 Grey Screen of Death Help!

Hi, first time posting here, I'll try to explain my case as specifically as possible since it's probably very unique.

I recently tried to install a custom theme with Theme Manager or something like that. I already installed a custom theme (appows) before, even replacing explorerframe.dll's and such, and it worked completely fine. However, this time, when I applied the theme and restarted, I got a grey screen of death. The screen is very persistent; I can't even run windows in safe mode. I also get an error "the application was unable to start correctly 0xc000007b" or something when I try to run everything - this includes task manager, system restore, etc.
edit: These aren't the themes that come with windows by default, they're made by third parties and require some system mods to work. I used theme manager to install both themes - http://bickelk.deviantart.com/art/Th...ws-7-176165228

I've already tried the repair disc thing, copied from my other windows computer, but the startup repair did not detect any problems. I would ideally like to fix this problem without having to wipe everything. Any help would be appreciated, and I will try my best to provide any additional information, though I'm not that great with this stuff.

Thanks again.
