After years of using this computer, it is now, all of a sudden, giving me caution messages reading:

The bottom right corner of my screen now also reads:

This copy of Windows is not genuine.
(I am running a pre-installed copy of Windows 7 on a Gateway FX6860 desktop computer that I have been using for roughly 3 years.)
I have made a list of errors and complications I have run into, followed by a MGADiag report, and the results to a DSKCHK and SFC scan:
