Solved: Startup Query

I thought it would be a good idea to create a System Repair Disk for Windows 7, 64-bit, so followed the appropriate instructions, and it all went through properly, so that I now have such a disk in case of any major problems. But since then, when I boot up my computer, instead of running straight through to the desktop as previously, I get a screen which asks me to choose to open with either:

“Windows 7” OR “Windows 7 Home Premium (Recovered)”. The “Windows 7” option is highlighted.

It then gives me 30 seconds to choose which option, and I always just let the thirty seconds elapse, and the machine boots up correctly.

I don’t know if creating the System Repair disk has caused this, but anyway I would like to be able to go back to the situation where the computer simply boots up without this interruption. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.
