Windows 7 start problem

I use Windows 7 Home Premium SP1.

Currently Windows is not able to start correctly. When I turn on my notebook and after Windows logo, a blue screen appears with 1 page full error message then gone very quickly. I can't even read the whole message. But when I press F8, I'm able to start Windows in Safe Mode and also Last Good Configuration.

When I select Last Good Configuration, I get the following message:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: f4
BCP1: 00000003
BCP2: 88239988
BCP3: 88239AF4
BCP4: 83C5CEB0
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\021414-60091-01.dmp
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-74927-0.sysdata.xml

I updated my anti virus and run full scan and everything seem ok. Any advice?
