Hi,
I have one HP G7 laptop. When I turn the laptop one, it boots up normal (but slow). Either LAN or WLAN icon shows Network connected. However, no applications (IE, Google Chrome, Malwarebytes Updates, etc.) on the laptop can connect to the Internet. These applications indicate no network connection. I opened the network center and looked at the connection diagram, there is no "X" on the connection. The network metering shows there is the exchanging data packages between the computer and the network.
Below are things that I had applied:
1. Ran Malwarebytes --> No infection detected
2. Ran Kaspersky (took for ever) --> No infection detected
3. Ran IP commands:
a. netsh winsock reset
b. netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
c. ipconfig /flushdns
d. ipconfig /registerdns
e. ipconfig /release
f. ipconfig /renew
I did all the things above with Administrator account, but still nothing can access the Internet.
Now I stuck. Anyone can help me to resolve this problem?
Thanks
CT
