when I log in my start up it asks me to choose file I want to open with listed are adobe, internet explorer, then it takes me to adobe, says cant open file because johns file is incorrect, then it ask me if I want to view track my download johns file. I erase it goes back to adobe, when I cancel.
then it ask me if I want to import contacts from out look, I click no.
then after this I can finally log on, this is probably not your field of expertize, I'm at the point that I want to just erase the hardboard and start over, but I know how to do that either, thanks.
