I have just started experiencing a dramatic decrease in my upload and download speeds.I am not sure what happened,but it started out of no where.I had noticed that my web pages started lagging really bad and sometimes they do not load at all.I scanned my computer with malwarebytes and it came up with nothing.I then scanned with tdsskiller and it found nothing also.I then downloaded and ran adwcleaner and that found nothing.I then ran rkill,and again that found nothing either.so i unplugged my router and reset it.That did not make a difference.I have cleaned out the cache in internet explorer and google chrome.still made no difference.This does not happen in just chrome but internet explorer also, so i know its not the browser.I am about at my wits end with this.whats funny is that the computer itself runs and boots up great! it is as fast as it has always been.It is only when i am on the internet that i have the problem.
Normally my upload speed is 5mbps
download speed is normally 33mbps
Now my upload speed is not even 1 mb and my download speed is at 15mbps
my ping is normally 46 and now it is 115
help me please :(
P.S..I should also note that this is what is showing on my connection status.
