Formatting my drive

Hello,

I am trying to format my drive,but don't know exactly how to. I received 3 cds (sony vpceb21fd ) with my laptop when i purchased it at FutureShop, apparently it didn't come with the windows 7 cd just built in, so they gave me those cds instead . I also have 4 cds that were made when I had to first Format my laptop, which was done by someone else. (Rescue data cds 1-5). I have also backed up my files already so i am basically all ready to go to format. Can anyone guide me on how to format my drive as I don't want to pay someone else to do it.
