Windows won't start

For a few weeks the computer doesn't boot but sometimes it did and few minutes later it crashes.
Now, when I boot the computer the bios runs ok but when it load the windows it load very slow and it won't even start.
Even when I try to run the safe mode, it just load very very slow and do nothing.

What should I do?
