I am running Win 7 ultimate on an Acer aspire 6935 with Crucial SSD drive. It has suddenly developed a very strange problem. If the computer is idle is spontaneously reboots to the "windows didnt shut down properly"error message, can happen after 5 minutes or 50 minutes. I start windows normally and everything is OK again. until the next time. However if I leave the computer with a game running it does not reboot at all. even after 2-3 days, as soon as I stop the game and leave it with nothing running on screen the problem returns.
If I run whocrashed.exe it mentions netw5s64.sys intel wifi link driver as causing the problm. I have updated this driver but the problem persists.
Any thoughts appreciated.
