Solved: How do I?

Both mom and I are running windows 7, pro, x64.
Shes in one town, im in another.. She has one cable Internet ISP, I have a different one..

How do I use remote access connection, to connected to her computer? This way I can trouble shoot her stuff, without having to drive 200 miles..

When I pulled up the remote desktop connection screen, I put in her computer name, but it said it could not find it..
Is there something else I need to do?
