High light?

Hi,

Am using W7 Pro 32 bit, in Advanced System Properties > Performance, have kept it at Adjust for Best Performance, but have checked Smooth Edges of screen fonts.

Despite that I see each item highlighted when mouse moved over it, how can that be removed?
