So I just built someone a pc and i put in a solid state drive just for windows and a 1,5TB for everything else. the problem is that they keep saving things to the solid state and it keeps getting full so my question is, is there a way to restrict saving to that drive or if i reformatted the pc and started over could i put a disk quota on the solid state where windows will be so nothing more can be saved to it? If i did the disk quota thing though would it affect windows updates?
