using remote help, on 2 networks?

Can anyone point me to the right direction to go?

My moms computer is 200 miles away, she uses charter cable internet.
I use Comcast cable internet.

we both use windows 7 pro.

How can I remotly access her computer so I can trouble shoot a program she is having problems with?
