Windows 7 slow after startup

I have been using Windows 7 for two years now and for about a week my computer has been very slow before i reinstall my graphics drivers. At the start I just dealt with it until I found a temporary solution which is, as I said, reinstalling my Nvidia drivers every time I start up my computer but I want a more permanent solution.

With some googling I found that a few people with similar-ish problems changed the directory that Windows looks in for graphics drivers and that fixed their problem but i have no idea how to do that.

SPECS:

OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1050T
RAM: 8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 668MHz (9-9-9-24) (2x 4GB)
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. M5A97 R2.0 (Socket 942)
Graphics: 1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 (EVGA)

All drivers are up to date.
No viruses or malware that I know of.


And these are the TSG SysInfo specs which I've just noticed at the top of the submit screen:
