Random Restarts

Hello to all,
I am not sure how to explain this properly but every-time I proceed to open and use anything that uses Adobe Flash Player, after 1-5 minutes (sometimes longer) of continued use, my computer randomly restarts with absolutely no warning whatsoever.

Can anyone help to diagnose and if possible, fix my problem?
