The Drive is a 500 GB StoreJet, it used to work and I would back up to it using XXClone, the xxclone died and stopped doing backups until I could find some other drive for it. finally thought I had software so I plugged it in and now it will not find the drive, it used to be Drive E: when I plugged it in, now nothing. I was going to try to use Macrium Reflect to backup, I hope this will work!
