I have an Aspire Timeline X 38030TG that acts up with the internet. Basically if I am connecting to a weak signal that cuts on and off the laptop will freeze any program requiring the internet, be it any browser (chrome, firefox, IE, utorrent, or Steam. I'm not sure why this would occur. I don't have this problem with my other HP laptop. Could it be a driver issue?
