Having trouble with my Dell n5030 laptop was using it a few weeks back and it would not go past the windows loading screen , tried to use the recovery partition to reboot back to factory settings but I get past windows loading files and it sticks on a blue background with a cursor , ive also tried to boot from a recovery disk and a windows disk but when I boot from cd it will not boot ! I've also tied a different hard drive with the same results, also was advised to remove and clean the ram modules and try them seperatly which I have done with the same results , sorry for the long post thanks in advance ;)
