Default Homepage for Windows 7, IE 10

Hi Tech Guy, I want to use (http://www.protopage.com/limavady45) as my default home page, I have tried all the standard change homepage advice, but no matter what (http://www.google.com.au/ig/) keeps coming back. It over rides every thing else, and is driving me nuts. How can I remove it as my default home page ?:(
