Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown

Thank you in advance for your help

My wife and daughter's computer has frequent crashes.
It may only be coincidence but it seems mostly to happen when my daughter is on Youtube. She just got a Sims gane and is unable to play more than a couple minutes before it crashes.
Somehow, I have a suspicion that it's a video card.
This is a factory refurb of a leased business computer and can't locate anything in device driver

Under sound, video, etc it lists "High Definition Audio Device"
And in Display Adapter "Intel Q35 Express Chipset Family

Event Viewer has several errors related to display
"Display driver igfx has stopped working and successfully recovered"
