Hello
I'm a senior, (hardheaded), so please bear with me, because I cannot find this problem on previous threads.
I was away from my computer for 2 months. When I booted it up, Windows update downloaded several updates including ie 11. Weird things occurred. When I logged into Square (credit card dashboard), it sat on a blank white page with a spinner for ever and would never load. When I tried to update itunes, the same thing happened. I then went into itunes directly and attempted to download from from the web, and got Cannot access Server. It faded my email in my yahoo email account and removed the action boxes to delete or move.
I removed ie 11 and it reverted to ie 9. Never got an update for ie 10. IE 9 works great. All functions have been restored. I then downloaded ie 10, but again, I got the same errors described using ie 11. I hate to be 2 releases behind and think I should at least be able to use ie 10. Any ideas as to what is happening? Can I do something so that I can upgrade ie or should I just stick with ie 9? (which just had several updates as of yesterday).
