Hello,
I recently got my computer re-formatted because it was working slowly, and the hard drive was full. I took it into the college computer store to get it fixed. I get it back, and I am happy they fixed the hard drive and the slow problem, however, I get messages popping up such as Windows 7 is not genuine. That message is also in the bottom right hand corner of my computer. when I start my computer, it says get it genuine now. So I click on that then an error code 0X80070005 pops up and I can't do anything for fixing. I did a scan and it said nothing was wrong with it. I'm just a little lost of how I can fix this.
I'm also having problems reinstalling my Microsoft Office 2013 that I need for school next month, its saying that there is an error with the Windows Font Cache need admin permission to fix it, so I ran it as Admin, and it is still saying error. When I downloaded it last year, I never had a problem with it. I need Microsoft word for my classes, without it can't do my homework!
