Various RAM Related BSODs

Hi, I've been getting many Blue Screens in Windows 7 since I installed it.
It is installed as UEFI. I will be reinstalling on an SSD without UEFI as soon as I can get ahold of it, but that may be as long as several weeks. If needed I can reinstall without UEFI.

The computer is a ThinkPad X220 upgraded to 2x4GB 1600MHz.
I've ran memtest86 on both sticks and they were fine, and the problems still occur with the original 4GB + 2GB.
I've heard that the X220 doesn't like 1600 MHz RAM very much, even though it downclocks it to 1333 MHz, but I have no 1333 MHz RAM to test out that theory.
It seems to crash most when I'm doing graphics tasks such as plugging or unplugging an external monitor or after I'm done playing an intensive game. However it does not reliably occur; I've ran 2 games simultaneously using 5GB of RAM (Saints Row 3 and UT3) and it did not crash when they were quit, and Prime95 does not trigger a crash (yet).

The machine uses the driver rtl8192ce.sys, which appears like it could be causing some problems, however I have been running with Driver Verifier on since this morning with no crashes. All crashes have occurred with Driver Verifier off.

I bought this machine from Craigslist a week ago, so I don't think there is a warranty. I really don't want to think about a hardware problem... that would be a large hit to my small wallet...

Here are the past several minidumps:

Thank you very much for your help!
