Well I have a Dell Inspiron here's the specs
i7 1.90GHz 1.90GHz
8GB Ram
Operational System: Windows 7 Professional 64 bits
Well, the problems started some days ago ( 11/28/2013 ), and since that I can't stay with the computer turned on for more than 20-30 mins or it simply hangs ( It doesn't freezes, I can still use the mouse and click but it doesn't responds, I can't open, close, minimize or even use a program that was already opened, the internet stops and I can't turn off it using the usual form. . Even not ctrl+alt+del because keybord stops working too.) . I ran Malwarebyte and it found 108 Suspect Objects, I deleted all of them. Most were PUP.Optional files, but there were 3 trojans too. Well I ran ddl fixer too and it found 1413 ddl errors on my system. Can these errors be the cause of the problem? I can't fix them using the program because I just have the free version of it and with it I'm just allowed to fix 15 of them. I have already restored the system to it's configuration as it was on 11/28/2013, but it didn't solve.
When I boot in secure mode with network it works fine, no hanging. Once I ran the Dell Hardware checking and it found one part, that I can't remember clearly wich one, that was running on a temperature higher than usual, 1 degree Celsius higher to be more precise (93 Cº when the correct temp. is: 92ºC). Can this be the cause?
I don't know what else to do, any help will be apreciated.
Sorry if you found any English error, I'm Brazilian. It's not my native language.
Best Regards,
Guilherme Rodrigues
