strange box on desktop

ok. so a couple times recently ive booted my desktop and in the top right corner (pic attached) theres a text box with a blinking cursor.

i cant think of any changes ive made to the system other than usual program updates and an odd game install.

i cant find anything wrong with virus scans (using bitdefender total security). so really im just curious if anyone else has had this or know of it??

also best include this at least, though i doubt in this event it helping
