Hello,
I have an ASUS laptop. A couple days ago I started having internet connection issues. I use a wireless router. I began getting messages telling me the proxy settings were unable to connect, so I can't get on the Internet. I cannot connect with Firefox, IE, or Google Chrome. Other than that, my laptop works fine. When I go into the settings from Control Panel, I am unable to click on the LAN settings. I have also tried doing a system restore but there is no restore point past 11/22/13, which is the day I started having this issue, so I would have to have 11/21 or earlier. I have tried everything I can think of, and even what some friends have suggested, but I cannot fix this problem. Can you help me? At the moment I am at work, and not near my machine so I cannot download the TSG SysInfo or perform any tasks you may suggest, but I can when I get home from work. I could not download the TSG SysInfo anyway on my machine since I am unable to access the Internet.
Thanks
