Earlier today on my Toshiba Notebook Windows 7 I downloaded Internet Explorer 11 following an upgrade offer. Later on I found that I could not connect to the internet via wireless. My ISP provider could only resolve the issue using a cable connection to the modem. My adjacent Toshiba Notebook Vista which hasn't been so upgraded works fine on wireless. The ISP provider suggests the problems lies with the Windows 7 computer. I feel it has derived from the Internet Explorer upgrade. Can anyone help.
