Solved: Slow green loading bar win 7

I have a read problem with (some) dvd's and ISO's using virtual drive. Even after mounting and then trying to eject the dvd or iso has no affect and cant do anything but forced to reboot the computer to get some normality. I have tried every fix relating to the "Explorer Green Bar problem" online (which is a bunch of bs as none of the fixes work). I have read that MS is yet to bring out a fix for this. if anyone has a real solution at this time, I will appreciate that very much.
