Help!!

my pc is windows 7 hp. when im typing it keeps pausing and stops from typing then comes back again, its annoying !! . the mouse shows the loading icon when ever it pauses. there was also a language bar on the task bar that kept poping up i have hidden it but still nothing.

plaese help its very anoying.
