Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.2
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1, 64 bit
Processor: AMD A4-3300 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics, AMD64 Family 18 Model 1 Stepping 0
Processor Count: 2
RAM: 7671 Mb
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6410D, 512 Mb
Hard Drives: C: Total - 466936 MB, Free - 332544 MB; D: Total - 1907726 MB, Free - 969991 MB;
Motherboard: Foxconn, A75M
Antivirus: Kaspersky Internet Security, Updated and Enabled
I suspect I'm having a Dual Processor problem (currently Posted in Hardware), However I may have to do a Clean Install and go back to the Manufacture's Defaults. While I have an Internal Backup Drive D, on which all my Backups and Mirror Image is stored, I have had problems in the past restoring files etc,.
From Memory when I last did a Clean Install I had trouble getting access to my Mirror Image file and Restore points, I also suspected some system settings were changed..
Question 1. - Are there any Hardware/WIN7 settings included within the Mirror Image File that reset the Manufacturers defaults ??
Question 2 - Can I reset "Control Panel Backup Settings" in WIN7 after a Clean Install, so as it accesses the OLD Mirror Image File, if not HOW do I get access ??
Question 3 - What's the best (and simplest) guide to do a Clean Install of Win7 X64. ??
Looking forward to your responses and comments
