My laptop came installed with vista orginally but I upgraded to windows 7 later on, well the hard drive crashed and I installed a new one. I cant get the computer to boot from the windows 7 64 bit disk. I made a recovery disk for the computer when I first got it and it will not boot from that either. I done a hard drive test and a momery test and boot passed, I copied the windows 7 dist to a usb drive and tried to boot that way and failed also, any help?
