Random Freezing

Random freezing... I have ran ram test and Seagate HD test in dos from the test.... All test Pass. Have had been getting ID event 129 source ahcix64s before freezing mostly, or the occasional random shutdown. The event id I get before that is ( 129 ). Source is ahcix64s. Level warning. This is always not the last one before hard freeze / shutdown but mostly and most prominent. Also a Kernel event Tracing source reading "
Session "Microsoft Security Client OOBE" stopped due to the following error: 0xC000000D ". With a few more in Event Viewer. Please HELP!!!
