ISO to multiple CDS

Hi everybody, i want to reboot my computer because its very slow

so as usually, i started the computer and clicked alt f10, but it gave error message, and i think the partition is damage/gone

so i downloaded a iso for windows 7 home premium, and i also got "freeisoburner"

but the problem is that my CDs have 700 mbits, and the iso is 3gb, and i dont know how to download them on multiple CDs? :(

is it possible to do it other ways? USB? if yes, please explain
