BSOD and other errors i get ALOT

hi guys,

While troubleshooting with blizzard some fps freezes with Sc2 after running out of options the technical support agent informed me that from looking at my MSinfo i get ALOT of bluescreens, but i told him i dont actually get those bluescreens but ide love to fix this because im getting this alot i tried googling it but not many people get a fake bluescreen and if i resolve this issue it might fix other underlying performance problems. Thanks.
